Vegetable Garden Mix

Topsoil

Create a solid foundation for your plants with our topsoil.

Priced at $50 per scoop, our top-quality soil will provide optimal conditions for your garden to thrive.

Bark

Reduce your moisture loss, and weed growth.

Available at $50 per scoop. Each scoop is equivalent to 0.3m³ or four wheelbarrows full.

Bagged Horse Manure

Boost soil fertility with our bagged horse manure, available at $5 per bag. It's a convenient option for enriching your garden beds and potted plants.

Biodegradable, plant protection. Available for $5 each, these include a hessian sleeve, two bamboo stakes and a woolen mat. Ideal for protecting young plants from rabbits, frosts, wind and chemical spray drift. The mats aid weed suppression, soil moisture retention and stop pesky rabbits from digging up plant roots.

Eco Gard - Plant Protectors

Pine Tree Stakes

H4 tanalised pine tree stakes, 1.8m in length, available at $8.50 per stake. Great for getting trees established, particularly in windy sites

Woven Hessian Tree Tie

Environmentally friendly, essential as part of your tree staking projects. Soft texture, it's gentle on your tree trunks. Available at $5.50 per tree (3.5 linear metres) or $48 per roll

Fertiliser Tablets

Recommended placement alongside new trees and plants, especially where your soil is not great, available at $0.30 per tablet. It's a convenient option for enriching your garden.

Macrocarpa Raised Vegie Garden Beds

Dimensions are 2400mm x 1200mm x 450mm. Available at $450 each. Handy solution for raised vegetable gardens in small section. Easy assembly, great DIY option.

Half Wine Barrel

Recycled wine barrels sourced locally in Central Otago. Available for $150. Great as planters or water feature.

Pea Straw Bales

Small bales of pea straw.

$14 each or $12 for 10 or more.

These are excellent to use as mulch and a soil conditioner for your garden. Over 12 months the straw breaks down to return essential nutrients including nitrogen to your soil

Linseed Straw Bales

Small bales of linseed straw.

$14 per bale or $12 for 10 or more.

Linseed has a coarser texture then pea straw making it a great soil conditioner or garden mulch in windy sites, as it binds together well. The black birds are less likely to flick linseed straw all over the lawn!
